DHRUV WON GOLD MEDAL AT NATIONAL LEVEL COMPETITION
Master Ramesh Nilesh Shiyani (Dhruv) was not able to walk since birth, due to he did not cry immediately after birth loss of oxygen to brain. He belongs to a village near by Porbandar, GujaratAfter intensive physiotherapy, occupational therapy, sensory integration therapy, cognitive and play therapy, prosthetic and orthotic management for 2 years he started sitting independently, standing independently and now walks independently. He is going to normal school at Delhi.
Dhruv participated in 17 th national para atheletic championship organised in bihar, patna for cerebral palsy children. There were 750 participants in the competition of 100 and 200 m race. Dhruv was the winner of the competition and was awarded with gold medal and one lakh rupees.dhruv made the his parents proud and also said that if he will get this type of support and guidance then he will definitely represent india for forthcoming competitions.
REHABILITATION OF HEMIPLEGIC PATIENT
65 YEAR OLD,KARIMA BEN HAD STROKE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO USE HER LEFT SIDE OF BODY AND WAS NOT ABLE TO SIT , STAND, WALK AND PERFORM HER ADL’S. AFTER TAKING SUCCESFULL REHABILTATION FOR ONE AND HALF MONTH, SHE IS NOW FULLY INDEPENDENT IN HER TASK.

God has made every creature on the earth & given life & feelings to everyone, But the expression & communication to only human beings. When human beings have any problem or they will find any difficulty to live life, they can communicate or express with others.
But the animal (ABOL JIV) cannot communicate their difficulties or their problems. Now a days due to road traffic accidents or some infectious diseases, animals lose their limbs & unable to move here & there for their feeding as well as to live their life.
REHABILITATION OF HEAD INJURY PATIENT
20 YEAR OLD ANUP OJHA WAS PURSUING ENGINEERING IN VADODARA HAD ACCIDENT IN JULY, 2020 HAD HEAD INJURY AND WAS IN COMATOSE FOR 3 MONTHS. AFTER THAT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO SIT, STAND, WALK AND EVEN DEPENDENT ON OTHERS FOR ADL. HIS SPEECH AND MEMORY WAS ALSO AFFECTED. ANOOP UNDERWENT REHABILITATION FOR 3 MONTHS IN JAYA REHABILTATION CENTER. HERE HE WAS TREATED WITH PHYSIOTHERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, SPEECH THERAPY, ADL TRAINNING, VOCATIONAL TRAINNING AND COGNITIVE THERAPY. NOW, HE HAS INDEPENDENT WALKING, HIS LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING HAS IMPROVED AND HE IS INDEPENDENT IN HIS DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES.
POST COVID REHABILITATION PATIENT
Hasmukhbhai from morbi had covid19 infection in aug,2020.he was on ventilator in rajkot.after discharge he was having breathing issues in daily living activities.he came in jaya rehab for rehabilitation for 40 days.in the initial period of admission his oxygen saturation was less than 80%,after cardio-respiratory training his saturation has improved by more than 95% and he is feeling no breathless during inhis daily living activities.
HELPING HAND TO EARTHQUAKE VICTIM
Bidada sarvodaya trust is serving the earthquake victim since 2 decades and continues free of cost treatment till today.Considering this honorary work our institute and director received national award in 2012 and 2011 respectively.
Chetna ben one of the earth quake victim lost her both legs during earthquake , our trust have been a strong support for her rehabilitation to overcome her disability so that she could be productive member of the society and also bears all the cost for her son’s education and now her son is working as an engineer in a multinational company.More over,trust has also provided wheelchair which is free of cost.
